1.急求一份明天的天气预报，英文的

我在日本，但是完全没有感觉到如你所说天气预报很准。

收费的天气预报情况不了解。如果是免费的天气预报，比如iphone上各种天气应用软件，或者电视节目，或者电车内的，或者yahoo日本的天气预报，一般是以三小时为单位（0-3，3-9……21-24），并没有精确到一小时。

并且，日本天气预报也不会说今天几点就要下雨，而是说今天下午下雨的可能性大（文字的会写机率是百分之多少）。电视上播天气，最后肯定会加上“可能”（......そうです），因为到目前为止，人类尚无法准确预报天气。预报天气涉及模糊理论，模糊理论本身就是一门无法精确的理论。

我个人感觉日本天气预报准确率跟中国差不多。

超级计算机用大的计算量可以得到较准确的天气预报结果，但是请注意，目前世界第一快的超级计算机是中国的。下一次超级计算机排名会在今年6月，可以到时关注，但这一次日本的超算也不会进前10位。
